Shipping and Handling

Shipping and Handling costs are outlined in FREE Shipping and during the checkout process and depend on the shipping address. Non-Australian orders are shipped by Air Mail International and are usually received within 3-10 days of being shipped.

Sales Tax

Orders shipped anywhere in Australia incur the standard 10% GST charge. All prices shown in the online catalogue include GST. Non-Australian orders are GST-free. Overseas customers will have the GST deducted from the price on the final checkout page.

Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on all product less our original shipping cost. Change of mind returns will not be accepted for customised items (e.g. ring resizing or engraving).

We are happy to discuss options of repair, replacement, refund, exchange or credit for the product depending on its availability. Any refunds will have our cost of shipping deducted.

To return a product simply contact us as soon as possible within 30 days from the date your order was shipped and we will evaluate your return request, record your product return information and issue you with a Return Authorisation Number (RA). Once you have received this, mail the product in its original condition with a copy of the receipt and original packaging to Returns Department, 1/344 Mowbray Road ,Chatswood , NSW 2067, Australia within 7 days of receiving your RA. Please ensure that your RA number is clearly displayed on or in the return packaging. We suggest you use Registered Post or insure the item. As soon as we have received your product we will issue you with your refund, replacement, exchange or credit.

Shoppinghoho’s total liability to you is limited to the total value of the order or transaction made by you. Shoppinghoho will not , under any circumstances, accept any liability whatsoever for any claim for damages for consequential loss.

Note: All returns must have an RA number. Any item returned without an RA number will be returned to the sender.
