What is the Delivery Time?
This depends on your selected delivery method.
Registered Parcel Post: 1-7 business days from date of shipping
Express Post Platinum (courier): 1-2 business days from date of shipping

What are Business Days?
Business days are Monday to Friday excluding NSW Public holidays.

What about Import Restrictions and Customs Fees?
Some countries place restrictions on goods imported or charge customs duties or import fees. It is the responsibility of the customer to find out about any restrictions applicable to them and pay any charges. We send all parcels through Australia Post and suggest checking your country in the first instance on their website here. We also recommend contacting your local government body e.g. Customs and Excise.

What do I do if my parcel doesn't arrive?
If your parcel hasn't arrived in the time expected please contact your local Post Office or Mail Centre to see if they are holding it for you. If they don't have it, please email us with your order number and we will look into it for you.

Who makes the Insurance Claim if Australia Post lose my parcel?
All insurance claims for undelivered parcels are between Shoppinighoho and Australia Post. We will arrange for the insurance payment to be paid to you. Insurance claims for delivered parcels are between the customer and Australia Post. If you need to make a claim and need assistance just email us.
